Shipping
Delivery inside Saudi Arabia is free during launch. The expected delivery timing is confirmed by WhatsApp or email after order confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
For safety and hygiene, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives broken or clearly damaged by shipping, we review the photos and order details, then arrange a suitable replacement or support path after verification.
Payment
Payments are processed through secure Airwallex checkout links. Apple Pay, mada, or card availability may depend on device, country, and card eligibility.
Gift Notes
After your order, you can send your gift message through WhatsApp. We will prepare it elegantly with your PERFUMA package.
